    Last week, I had a horrible encounter with a mover who’s partner told me they worked for All State Movers out of Lincolnwood Illinois. That was not accurate.
    I only learned of the inaccuracy after I wrote a negative review online. Someone from this company contacted me and told me that guy did not work for All State Movers. I apologized and removed my review.
    Today, that mover who treated us disrespectfully telephoned
    and APOLOGIZED for treating me the way he did.
    I can’t prove it, but I have a feeling All State Movers went out of their way to find out who that mover was and may have been the catalyst behind my recieving the phone call of an apology . I only say this because while apologizing, the guy mentioned All State Movers.
    Therefore, if All State is responsible for my recieving the apology, I THANK you for going out of your way to make that happen. I also thank you for taking my mistake as well as you did. I wish you continued success!

    Fedex person buzzed at my door at 2:26pm. Living in an apartment complex means I had to run to the main door. I got there at 2:27pm and they already left. Couldn’t wait 1min for me to go and sign for my package. I then tried calling to see if I could pick it up in store and there was no hours. So I have no idea when i can go and get my package. I have never had a worse experience getting a package.

    I am so glad that I went with Castle Rock Moving Services. They treated my items (and walls) as if it were there own. I was very pleased at how accommodating they were for me. We were on a pretty strict budget and they came in under all other bids and were still able to help provide boxes and moving materials, and only what I needed. CR Moving Services came in under my budget and the service was outstanding. I just want to express my gratitude to you guys, you really put the customer first.
