    I am having enormous difficulties, being able to track my parcel from Hong Kong.

    It arrived in Sydney some time before 15 September; was cleared by Customs; and “handed over to courier” on 15 September, 2022. No one from Daipost or Aramex (Fastway) seems to know.

    what happened to it since then. That was 2 weeks ago!!!! Still no idea where parcel is. Huge system failures by both companies, in my view.

    I hope to never go to this UPS Store ever in my life. I was returning the receivers for Dish Network and there was two big boxes.The clerk was rude and he took the boxes and threw them all over the counter, scanned them like I was bothering him and threw my receipt at me like he was paying me. Never Again!!!!

    I inquired about a Groupon I had bought. They ended up charging my roommate full price after moving. So we both payed. I have messaged and called up to 4 times trying to get a refund and they still have not refunded her. It has been a month and a half now of trying. No one has called back to inquire. They always say a manager will be refunding it and I never hear anything more. On top of that. It was supposed to be 3 movers, 2 only showed up and they were 2 hours late.

    Horrible customer service. Rude workers including post master. Nobody wants todo there job correctly. Losing packages and blames the customer for everything. Don’t waste your time going to this post office, you’ll have better service at the Crystal Lake post office or Palatine!
