    Guaranteed 30-45 min wait every time just to pick up my mail at CWCE Freight (if they even bother sorting it) because they can’t get our postal boxes installed and delivered in our neighborhood.

    WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!
    First and last time will ever pull a load for this bunch of amateurs at CWCE Freight. 6hrs at shipper, it’s the receiver’s fault? Now waiting all day to get new appointment for load to receiver. Not sure how CWCE Freight has managed to stay in business. What a shame for the Great State of Texas to allow businesses like this to operate. FOLLOW UP####

    Everybody deserves a 2nd chance. Unfortunately these knuckleheads at cwce freight failed miserably.
    Changed appointment times on rate confirmation, receiver confirmed that! Got stuck waiting for 13.5 hrs to get worked in. Paid detention was what I get for a canceled load. Lost an entire day. Broker claims couldn’t get detention from receiver! NO S#@T!!
    It wasn’t their fault when brokers at fault.
    OWNERS…. DO YOURSELVES
    A FAVOR, IF YOU BOOK A LOAD FROM THESE KNUCKLEHEADS, I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOOGLE SHIPPER OR RECEIVER USING NAVIGATION APP.
    WILL GIVE CONTACT #.
    CALL AND VERIFY.
    TWICE THIS HAS HAPPENED AND IN BOTH CASES VERY LITTLE COMPENSATION WAS MADE. 10.5 HRS WAIT= $200. THAT’S NOT THE $50 PER HOUR THAT WAS OFFERED.
    LOST REVENUE $1400
    HAD TO CANCEL NEXT LOAD.
    BUSINESS IS FULL OF DISHONEST PEOPLE WITH NO INTENTION OF KEEPING THEIR WORD OR BEING HONEST. JUSTIN CAN TAKE HIS COMPUTER GENERATED RESPONSE KEY AND STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DOESN’T SHINE. IF THEY TRULY MEANT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES THEY WOULD POST WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ENSURE THINGS LIKE THIS DON’T HAPPEN. ALL CWCE FREIGHT CARES ABOUT…. IS THEIR BOTTOM LINE. SCREW THE DRIVER!!!
