    DO NOT COME TO THIS CVS LOCATION if you are going in morning when they open, don’t bother. They are not open at 9 even though it says 9 open time.

    I can’t believe how many BILLS I DON’T receive from CVS. Never an issue a few years back.. I’m constantly ‘late’ with them. I know I should KNOW when Bills are due but it’s getting ridiculous. I simply don’t get the mail.. I will now go to paperless and forget relying on the mail.
    I am also getting other people’s mail more and more frequently. I find myself playing mail person. My house number is on the house, it’s on the mail box, WTH

    If you need to go to CVS Ground at SW 18th, you MUST call Customer Care ahead of time to schedule a package pick-up. We weren’t aware of that nor did the person at this Ship Center tell us that. However, very kind people here. I believe the guy’s name is Christian – he is super. He was so helpful going out of his way to help us locate and pick-up our package.
    The driver is a liar though. They marked that they tried to make a delivery attempt. They absolutely did not. We paid for 3 day delivery of a very important package and we had to do their job for them on day 4 and go up to the Ship Center and pick it up. Turns out, our package was the only item left on the truck even though we had it flagged for priority from Customer Care. I noticed that a lot of people have problems with the delivery drivers with CVS and they tend to be lazy & liars. I feel bad for the actual decent drivers that might still remain with this company.
