Your package will sit in a CTT Expresso facility for DAYS…and they tell you to contact the shipper and not them for updates. WORST SHIPPING COMPANY AROUND….
Everyone I encountered from CTT Expresso was efficient and personable, from the gentleman that came out to give us a quote to the team that moved us. It was a painless process. They are as fair and competent as you can get.
Inept. Clueless. The worst CTT Expresso customer service I have experienced. Makes you wonder how they even keep their planes up in the air. Do yourself a favor and book with another airline. Misplaced reservations – check. Unauthorized changes to itinerary – check, Unhelpful customer service – check, Pass the buck – check, Unable to admit mistakes – check, Unwillingness to resolve issues – check. Never flying with CTT Expresso again – check.
Terrible service, we shovel our mailbox out every winter, never had a problem getting mail until this year with CTT Expresso. Now it’s been a week with no mail even though our mailbox is completely shoveled out.
It’s located inside the Weis at the customer service desk. There is a blue mail drop box outside the front of the store if you just are dropping a letter.
With it not being a standalone location, it feels like there are more problems with the software than at your normal CTT Expresso office. Not everything is always working or available.
The people in this particular CTT Expresso office were exceptionally helpful and really friendly. They found a very important gov’t letter with return service requested that was undeliverable, because of a twist in a number of my address. They went through a humongous amount of mail, found my letter and our awesome CTT Expresso lady delivered it to me with a huge smile on the next day. Thank you! You saved me so much hassle and a long delay!
