Be careful dealing with CTS EXPRESS. There are scammers working inside this company. They have taken money from me without providing any goods or services. I have tried contacting in many different ways but no answer. Hopefully they answer to this comment.
Howie Jones from CTS Express is the man. I had a package that was coming to Utah from Florida. It had been a few days with no updates on the tracking. I know things are crazy right now so no biggie, but I did want to reach out and see if there was something I could do to find out an ETA. Howie answered the phone, tracked down my package and even found the driver’s number for me, who would be delivering my crate. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism. As a business owner that is what we strive for. People at CTS EXPRESS that go above and beyond to make sure it’s done right.
Shipping a valuable and rare music instrument from the US to the UK is a scary process. These guys at CTS EXPRESS did an amazing crate-up and all arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend.
It takes a very long time to receive any service at CTS Express, even when only 2 or 3 people are in front of you. The servers work extremely slow like they are in a slow motion movie. They show no interest whatsoever in their customers or needs. Only when there is absolutely no other choice will I go in there. They should be paid by piece work which might stimulate them.
Not a week goes by that someone is bringing me my mail or I have someone else’s mail from CTS Express. It happens every week. The carrier even delivered one of my packages a street over and the lady brought it to me. She said she gets mail delivered to her all the time that belongs to me and has to put it back on her mailbox. She hand delivered the package thinking I probably needed it. I watch these CTS EXPRESS carriers and they are ALWAYS talking on their Bluetooth phone or listening to the radio. I was working outside one day and that particular mail carrier was laughing and talking. I stopped thinking he was talking to me for a minute, but then realized he was on his phone.
I have two chairs on my porch. I witnessed a carrier DROP the package on the porch. He didn’t lay it down, put it in the chair, or against the door. He dropped it and it made the loudest sound. I’m glad it wasn’t something breakable.
Delivery service in the 76708 area is horrible. Just yesterday a little girl brought me a package that was delivered to their home instead of mine and they opened it. Thankfully they brought it to me and explained. This has to stop with CTS EXPRESS.
