I don’t receive shopee parcels from them as they keep stating delivery attempt failed though I was at home and I wasn’t contacted by the driver also, even though their SMS states that their driver will contact me for OTP if I want contact less delivery.
Parcels from ninja van gets delivered and driver contacts me..but not jtexpress.
Worst, emails to their contact center AND messages sent through their online website also receives NO reply.
Don’t buy from Shopee if they are going to use jtexpress. I sympathize with the sellers when their buyers refund due to delivery issues by jtexpress….

I am so pleased with the service at this branch during the MCO period. Even though i have to wait for my turn outside the store awhile , but i am glad that they enforce social distancing by only allowing one person to be inside the store at a time. They posted my parcel on that day itself and after a week it reached safely to Miri. To sum it up, im really glad how fast the delivery was during MCO.
