    The owner is very rude. He thinks because he knows everything he assumes so does all the customers. During my course of transaction with him I saw him talking to other customers too, he needs a lesson in civility in public behaviour and customer relations. Won’t recommend at all, there are plenty around.

    It was not explained up front that they are simply moving brokers. They do not move your belongings, they contract your move to a moving company for which you have no input. The contracted moving company never answered their telephone and always had a message that their voicemail was full. We were lead to believe the furniture would arrive in 10 to 12 days. When in small print it said up to 21 days, which is how long it took to deliver. It was not a good experience. I would not use or recommend Perenial Movers.

    Package never arrived. They said it was delivered in a black box that I don’t have. It’s also a signature Package so it shouldn’t have been left. Which I had to pay extra for. I’ve called twice and it’s like I never called in the first time. This place is a joke.
