Here’s my one star review. I asked the gentleman if they do flat rate shipping, and his response was we’re not the post office. There’s a c word that would well describe his attitude. Too bad the other people there were extremely helpful but because of that man I will not be returning. **Edit: yes, ups does offer flat rate. Someone should do this man’s job for him. He lost customers for his entire business and multiple times from what I’m seeing in the reviews.** Also, the UPS store response to this comment does not address the Crux of the issue. We’re not the post office was the response I received by the employee versus simply politely and respectfully responding to my question. Glad to see that the UPS store would rather double down than just apologize for improper behavior

We work for another trucking company and pulled in behind him to unload at charleston translation and storage on clements ferry rd in charleston, sc upon arriving said driver was seen walking back to his truck with a 12 pack of beer and a bag from the liquor store….I have a picture of the driver getting in his truck with the beer….totally unacceptable behavior for someone in a truck….don’t care that he was off duty even if he only had 1 beer last night where are the other 11 cans…guess that skyview doesn’t care about their image or that the driver complies with the rules….what a disgrace to the trucking industry…if I could post the pic here I would….this occurred on may 31,2016….

Why would a package with a Utah destination take 3 days to go from LA to SLC then 2 days to go to Denver? Why would it sit in Denver for 2 days before it left for its next destination? Why would delivery of 10 May disappear from tracking and why would it be replaced with a new event showing it left Denver a 2nd time? Why after it left Denver a 2nd hasn’t tracking updated to show a new delivery date displayed in almost 9 hours?
