I want to deliver goods
According to Amazon DHL could not complete my delivery and is holding it for me. I do not understand that. A delivery company could not fulfill a delivery.
And when I reach out to find my package, I was told to contact USPS. That “we don’t handle your issue here”.
You burnt people furniture and you won’t pay for it. I would not trust this company to clean a toilet
Pay the people for the fire you caused and be honest
Horrible customer service and disrespectful. I called to speak to a rep in regards to using them for service. Answered, hello. I asked if I was speaking to Rapid Dairy, he replied, no. I said ok sorry I must have dialed wrong number. The rep responded, well what do you want. I told him I was trying to get a hold of Rapid Dairy, he replied, this is Rapid Dairy. I informed him that he just told me that he was not Rapid Dairy and with attitude responded with hurry up, what do you need, we are busy! The rest of conversation was pretty easy and I told him that I did not have a question after his attitude and that I wouldn’t be using his company. He replied, ok and hung up.
Bad advertising, store supposed to open at 8:00 am. Its is now 8:45 am and no sign of employees, door locked, but lights on. There was 2 other people waiting also, they finally just gave up and many others that showed up and gave up and left.
Decent prices. But just a regular storage will not keep your things from getting moldy. We had to throw away alot of books my husband’s mother left us when she passed bc they were ruined.
Paradise Moving & Storage was fantastic — I would definitely use their services again, and recommend for anyone looking for an efficient, affordable, hassle-free moving experience. This was the first time I ever hired moving help and …wow. I’m never going back. I thought the job would take 3-4 hours, but they did it all in 2 (and in the context of a 100 de gree day, with the elevator out of service in my building). Truly worth every penny, I am so grateful for their efficient, professional work! Thank you!!
