I have a message that I should receive a package from you for BGN 4. I am not expecting anything so what it is?
I rocked up unannounced on a Saturday after I saw my parcel had landed there at CPost. Even though the depot was only manned by skeleton staff, I was professionally assisted.
Side note: the carports are low so a double cab bakkie’s canopy will lightly touch the roof….
Easy to deal with CPost. I needed to send 2 boxes back to a seller based in Melbourne. Susan checked to try & find the cheapest way to ship the items. I was given a rough time frame for delivery & met my expectations with delivery and tracking.
I’d look at using them again rather than a postal service.
Very good and prompt service at a reasonably good price from CPost. I shifted my goods from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore. The staff were good in packing the things neatly. Received the goods on time in proper condition as done in package time.
Extremely poor services from CPost.
I was moving from Toronto to Edmonton. They lost my bag in August 2022, still they haven’t provided refund or anything. Instead they keep asking me for invoice of the stuff that was in the bag.
I had some personal stuff but I usually don’t carry receipts as I didn’t predict the future that my bag will be lost by CPost. If I had known that I would surely have kept the receipts.
Please don’t use their services, only if you can afford losing your bags/packages while moving from one city to another.
It is the Sub courier office of CPost under Balurghat main post office. Seating facilities available. All services available.
It is the largest among all the post offices in Kaliyaganj. Others being Mahendraganj P.O, etc.
Item is on time with CPost… But the delivery agent doesn’t always respond to the calls and reject delivery if it’s not feasible for them..
And return the item back.
