    Worst Service. They Did not Deliver the Package. Also, They did not inform that the Deliver guys is not available. We had received a Package on 8 Feb 2022. Till 11 Feb 2022. They did not Deliver or Called us that there is package for us.

    Worst place for courier, Staff don’t have manners to talk, Poor to poor service, Its suggestion don’t recommend them for courier. Illiterate staff specially (Mr.Duggal)

    Trying to send parcels and they’re closed 35mins before they’re supposed to. WH Smith was still open, but for some reason the post office was shut!

    Very very slow people work here. The collection time varies. Ment to be collected time at 1pm but collected at 12.30. I came at 11.50 stayed one hour waiting and my parcels were missed the collection time on that day via specual delivery.

    We required a three-day removal and delivery to our new home. The service provided was flawless with knowledgable staff and punctual service during both the removal and delivery phases.
    WE had already been told that McCarthy’s were the best and we can only agree with that assessment.

    I don’t like putting on negative reviews but I’m going to here, as they are unable to deliver a service they are paid to do. Waiting for weeks on end for deliveries that are urgent is not ok when you have paid for that service and you need that product ASAP. I know Customer Service, it’s my job. Sadly, this isn’t it.
