    STAY AWAY! My Professional Movers AKA Dimbas LLC – avoid avoid avoid!
    We were wooed by what I realize now must be fake reviews on yelp (users with only one review to their name – for this company only). An over-the-phone estimate ballooned by 63% after more than half of my mother’s belongings were on the truck. On arrival at the new house, my nephew compared the paperwork to the actual delivery and they totally lied! The driver Peter inflated 5 wardrobe boxes to 10, and 19 large boxes to 40! Since they charge by cubic feet, the new total included the space taken up by these extra items which were completely falsified! You don’t know until the truck is unloaded and they wont unload until you pay in full.
    Additionally, there was clear elder abuse. The driver Peter seemed so nice to her, a very smooth talker as she put it, so when he put a stack of papers under her nose to sign at 10:30 at night, she trusted him. She told me, he was just so lovely so when he said initial here, initial here, sign here… next to the teeny paragraphs of fine print, she did. Now at her destination with missing items and damage to a kitchen appliance, checking her paperwork to find out how to proceed for making a claim (the contract included full replacement & liability) she noticed where Peter had her initial was I wish to waive my right to full replacement value…
    There were several more issues making this the most horrible moving experience any of us have had. The bottom line is that they commit fraud and elder abuse. It’s not until moving day when they have your items held hostage that you find out the estimate was never going to be honored and then they fake the numbers to charge even more, on top of random extra charges you weren’t aware of.
    DO NOT USE THEM — OR THE COMPANY THEY OPERATE UNDER: DIMBAS LLC. There’s a parent company out of St. Louis, people weasel-wording you from various locations like Florida and LA, and they all say the other person said the opposite of what they told you. Scam artists!

    I hired these movers for my in laws to move from one apt to anothet apt. The initial call was good but when movers got to the apt they asked if they should wrap everything to move it safely, they never disclosed how much it would cost nor did they explain they would take over the alotted hours to move and charge double and some of what we originally spoke, the manager gave us 5% discount but i know they can do more but didn’t want to. Don’t recommend using this company and unclear about costs.
