    Delivering the parcel with out address on parcel. Very poor service. Called the depot to sort it out no one answer calls. Rubish delivery and customer service

    Worst mailing or courier service of postal you can find in these office. We pay for the services and these Delivery boys appointed over there doesn’t know how to speak with customers. Worst post office.

    Terrible service – delayed parcel (2 days) has cost me business – website didn’t update for 24 hours – very poor communication – parcel stopped in 4 different countries – delayed in one for 2 days – what is going on there!

    Pathethic Discrepancy Issues. For parcels that weigh 50-60 grams, they charge 1 kg. Cheaters! All the inflation expenses and losses in their company are being unethically being managed by such a loot. Pickrr …. never!
    Raising dispute back via Panel can be done when there is dispute in 1 or 2 parcels. But when all parcels are copy paste marked exactly the same disputed weight, clearly that’s done with cheating intentions by Delhivery. Watch out, more customers have reviewed the same.
    Do not subscribe to Pickrr. Read reviews from other customers also. Most have the same issue. They are a loss making company now and are managing their losses via such cheating.

    This branch has the slowest agents and has no manager supervising them hence, they can leeway around and not work properly. It’s true that you have to wait more than an hour or 2 just to get their service. It’s too much wait. LBC management should do something about it. They keep entertaining unnecessary inquiries while a processing a current customers concern. They have 5 counters but only 2 or sometimes 3 agents are working.
