    I have had nothing but bad experiences with this distribution center thus far. No one seems to answer this facility’s phone, and my voicemails have never been returned. Packages I sent have been incorrectly sorted and therefore sent to the wrong location (even multiple times for the same package). For example, one of my large envelopes is going on a three week delay…it hasn’t been sent to the proper location yet. (For clarification, yes, I have pictures and a receipt proving proper postage and addressing.)

    I have a package almost two weeks late that was supposed to be delivered to be in 3 days. My package arrived on time to this horrible Perryburg site and sat for 4 days and was sent all the way across the country for another 5 day journey. Package is supposed to be here today but is stuck in the dreaded departed perryburg status it was in last time. I’m nervous and expecting it to happen again. I emailed FedEx and they confirmed that this location missent my package. Never ever allowing this awful company to deliver my packages because this Perryburg location is unprofessional and a joke
