FedEx SmartPOST service is absolutely horrible. It takes twice as long to receive a package. Even worse you have no idea when the package will be delivered. I live in a an area where packages are often stolen so that is unacceptable. 10 business days later still no package.

Hello – I wanted to offer an update after having poor service with Rick Chaney the owner of Axis Global Logistics called me personally to offer his sincere apologies over the treatment and poor behavior received from Rick. He offered to make every situation right which I admire and felt he was completely sincere. Although I did not use their service I truly believe that he is running a legitimate company attempting to offer a good service at a fair price. In the future I would absolutely contact them and if I felt I had service issues would reach out to him immediately. There are tons of choices out there however if you want a true gentleman who cares about his customers I would make every attempt to use their service.
Unprofessional, will destroy your shipped items, will never pay approved claims, unethical business practices. Tamara Starnes is a liar and will tell you for months that your check is in the mail for a claim only to send a check for the wrong amount and say it was an accounting error. I have never in my life had to deal with such a pathetic organization.
