   Would give a 0 if I could. I helped a friend/roommate of mine track her package. Tracking said left on front porch. No signature required. I looked on my front porch. Looked on my back porch. Nothing! Helping her call later today to see where the package went.

   Unable to deliver very deliverable packages. Very lazy. Told me one reason they didn’t deliver the package, then when amazon called to verify said some other reason completely. Horrible service. USPS is better and they are a federal organization.

   I receive one of the worse customer service in my life at this location. The staff was so unfriendly and not willing to help that it was astonishing. The manager felt like i was a burden in his day. I know government employees have a bad stereotype, but today it proved right.
   There was 1 customer in the whole store, however they could not take my passport application because of no appointment. I called to make an appointment and the first available from more than 15 days away…..really?!?!

   The professionalism, the courtesy and the genuine concern for the welfare of my belongings far exceeded what I had expected. My family and I were well pleased with Mighty Movers and we recommend them to our own family and friends as well. They are punctual and fair priced.

   Excellent service all around. Great communication, accurate estimate, timely arrival, speedy yet careful moving, and secure packing. Moving is stressful enough; they made it easy and it was worth every penny.
