    Received SMS Alerts on several occasions but no delivery on those days. Wasted my time waiting all day for nothing. And when I email their customer service, I do not get any reply, not even once! In the latest incident, they delivered an item but not to my address. I think it went to the wrong house.

    Great service! I received very quick responses both times I ordered a delivery. I received friendly assistance when I had questions and I was updated at every step of the pick up and delivery process. The website is easy to use and the I was impressed with the speed and responsiveness throughout. I’ll definite be using again.

    Have a parcel sent from Auckland with overnight service, we got a card since we couldn’t be at home when the courier arrived, asked through the website to be redelivered to Countdown, they said it’s going to take 24 hours but it’s already 3 days now and still haven’t got it yet. It’s something urgent and we’re going on holiday now, so won’t be able to pick it up when it arrived at Countdown. No one could help, they only said that we shouldn’t have asked to be redelivered to Countdown. Not impressed at all with the service

    Very bad, Would give no stars if that was possible, Delivery is 3 days late and I try to call them and it says 5 more minutes to go and end up waiting half and hour and still no answer. Really bad company wouldent order from, if Black Friday is their excuse then they should hire more Staff.
