    Amazing service and excellent price. Daniel and Sarkis arrived exactly when they said they would and the job took as long as they quoted. Very good communication to work with us to park in tricky areas – Surry Hills and Paddington. They had to move in some small terrace spaces and haul large furniture over the balcony – they did this with ease and taking care of the furniture. Above all, Daniel and Sarkis were very friendly and professional.

    We had a fantastic experience using Economy Moves. We have a very young family and it made the whole process so much less stressful – Chris and his team were polite and efficient the whole way through.     Very bad customer service. When they came for delivery I wasn’t there .I asked them to wait for 5 min but they take back the product and i had to go to their office to collect it.

    Wish there was a negative rating. As per the tracking details their warehouse received the parcel at 22:46 and at 22:48 in 2 minutes it was marked as deficient delivery. Shipping label has full address printed. Received over 10 orders from the same supplier via other courier service. Their office hours are 11am to 6pm. Cannot drop by to pick the package as i have been told to call after few days to check the status.
    Business survival days are numbered.
    I have asked my supplier to not sent via UNI else loose my business.
