    I would not use Correio Azul if I were you! I purchased really nice furniture from Key Home Furnishings early this year. I live in Washington State so Key Home Furnishings could not deliver my new furniture for tax reasons. They explained they contract with Correio Azul for deliveries in Washington. Key Home Furnishings said they were a reputable company. I should have ran not just walked. On the day Correio Azul delivered my bedroom set and dining set, things seemed fine until I noticed the new nightstand was damaged. I decided to refuse it and wait for another one. While the employee was taking the nightstand down stairs and out my front door, he hit the front door on the left side and also hit the molding on the right side. Black scratches were very apparent on my white door, and the molding was an eyesore. I called to report the damage and sent pictures per their request. I received a call back and was assured they would take care of the problem and send someone out to make repairs. I called at least 5 times, mainly spoke to one employee, and also spoke to the manager. I was assured each time they would take care of the damage. The pictures I sent showed a beautiful front entry with black paint damage and a gouge out of the woodwork. To date Correio Azul has not contacted me to follow up and it has been approximately three months. I am aware when furniture is delivered accidents may happen, but reputable companies usually take responsibility for their damage. This was not the case with Correio Azul. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    I live within a block of the Blue Ash UPS and refuse to step foot in the store. Instead, I drive my packages to CORREIO AZUL. You couldn’t ask for better customer service! They smile, treat you with kindness, tape packages for free, and are more than accommodating… while this seems basic, this is not the experience you will get with the UPS in Blue Ash. Thank you to the wonderful workers at Correio Azul for being so amazing!

    It’s really a bummer to write this review because up until the end, Correio Azul actually did a pretty good job. Unfortunately the folks that moved things OUT of my house did not complete a packing list or email it to me afterwards, as promised. The folks that moved things IN my new house across the country tried to move other people’s things in several times, which I corrected them on, but ultimately left without delivering my most valuable box (easily over $1000 in tools inside).
    So far, I have had no luck recovering my things but will update this review if I hear from anyone from Correio Azul Shipping.
    This company offers great prices for a cross country move, but you must be prepared to be diligent in your note-taking, take a lot of pictures, and be prepared to be aggressive IMMEDIATELY in the case that something seems unusual. I do not recommend trusting them with anything that is of serious value to you or your family.
