For the last 5 months maybe I have bad luck but there’s only ever 1 person working the Concept Freight shipping counter and I’m always in line for at least 30 minutes so frustrating!
Two strikes and they are out – unless desperate, I am not using this Concept Freight Tampa Airport location again. Incident 1: Needed to ship a large, heavy box. Weighing at home said 66 pounds – USPS limit is 70 pounds. Went to ship at this location. They weighed and said it was over the limit. I asked them how much did it weigh. They said their machine just says over the limit. Went to FedEx. Their scale also said 66 pounds!! Incident 2: I needed to ship two medium size and weight boxes across the nation to California. I asked for cheapest price possible and speed did not matter. They quoted me $90 each. I hadn’t done my research (that’s on me) so I figured I couldn’t do too much better anywhere else. The next day, when I checked the tracking, the boxes had made it there overnight! I must have paid for overnight! The staff is friendly, but I recommend keeping a better eye on your money than I did!
This was our 5th move total and this was by FAR … THE best move we have ever had!! Robert Winston, Christine Martinez, Dominic Brown, David Prince, and Linda from Concept Freight were on time, efficient, friendly, and went out of their way to make us (the customer) happy. IF (huge IF) we ever move again… We would HIGHLY recommend them for any move you need. 100%!! A+ rating across the board!
