Bought an 18 wheeler car transported from Command Transportation. Completely bogged up, had a bad engine and all systems completely messed up. Owner promised to fix initial issues I had noticed pre-sale. When vehicle was picked up in my absence, none of what was promised was done. A few weeks later engines broke down and it now needs new engine to cost me $30000. Owner promised this vehicle had no issues till he got my money. Beware of buying anything from this company. Buy at your own risk.
Command Transportation has had my headphones for OVER A MONTH and will NOT send them to me!!! I’ve done everything I can to reach out because I cannot physically go there to get my package. They will not answer the phone no matter when or how many times you call them so idk why they even have one. PITIFUL.
I would give a zero if I could. The last 2 times I went in there they told me they couldn’t do something because the Command Transportation system was down. It seems like the manager just has his/her friends come in and cover for him while he’s gone. It is really odd. The people working there seem like deer in headlights like they don’t know what they are doing.
Great customer service! I arrived a couple of minutes after closing time but one of the Command Transportation employees opened the door for me anyways, and she was extremely helpful and willing to explain the shipping process to me (it was my first time shipping a package). Would definitely ship here again!
