   THE CARRIER’S WE HAVE HAD HAVE GAVE OUTHER PEOPLE’S MAIL IN MY MAIL BOX AT MY HOUSE AND MY MAIL IN OTHER PEOPLE’S MAIL AND I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE WITH THE NEW CAIRIER BUT IT’S STILL GOING ON!! I GOT TWO PEOPLE’S MAIL IN MY MAIL BOX

   dropped off amazon return on 1/23/21 and it was returned to us on 1/30/21 and for that we had to pay $1.00. Now we have to return it again and hopefully this time this location will return it to amazon as originally planned

   They say attempted delivery twice, I called and they take forever to answer the phone, the 1st time I called i got tire of waiting after 40 min then I called the 2nd time when I finally got someone she was rude and hang up on me before I was done asking a question. I had to go pick up my pckage the say they’re open 8:00am to 8:00pm, its 8:30am and I been here since 8 ringing the door bell and still no answer at the door, drove from Boston to Wouburn for this. The worse companny…

   If you hate your job you should quit, I hold my tongue for so long , some people there specially one of the male attendants are so rude and nasty. So much for government job .

   I managed to get a hold of them last minute and they arrived within 2 hours like they said and were super professional, quick, and efficient. I would highly recommend their services! Great job!

   Terrible. No humans will answer the phone but we’re trusting yall with our deliveries. My packages end up missing every holiday because of FedEx
