    As a seasoned FedEx employee this is hands down one of the worst ran facilities in the country. Horrible management that ran packages days and weeks behind over the holidays months and would go through the effort to mark them as shipped as they were processed and piled into empty trucks to rework the volume on a less busy day so items did not get marked as DNA’s.

    They saved the day! After a disappointing experience with Road Runner, (car was scheduled to leave CA on Dec 23rd. On Jan 17th) I started making calls on my own. Jason told me to give him two hours. Two hours later, my car was scheduled to be picked up by Miles within 24 hours. Communication was frequent and consistent which is huge when one is in the midst of a move across the country. Miles was a pro and delivered my car safely to Atlanta just the way I had left it in California. If I had to do it all again, I would call these guys these first, and have a warm meal waiting for my driver, they definitely deserve it.

    My wife and I were very impressed with A Better Way when they moved us. The guys all seemed to get along great and were having fun really as they got us all packed up and delivered to our new home. They were very careful with our belongings and were all friendly and courteous. They had good advice about where to put things. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone we know who needs their services. Kudos guys!
