after calling 20+ times to the phone numbers, someone answers and when I ask to schedule a passport appointment, I am told it will be 2 1/2 months before the first appointment. We should privatize the post office because it clearly isn’t working.
They always get my packages from here to there. They do it reasonably. They do it quickly. They even give me nice tracking. I appreciate that.
Ashley kept me on hold 15 minutes to only tell me nothing that helped I ask a price she put me on hold 15 minutes later couldn’t answer my question poor customer service.
The first time I used this location as a pick-up site for my wine club shipment, they called me while I was TDY and threatened to send my wine back to the shipper if not picked up within several days. I pay $22 already to have the wine shipped, and they make me pay $10 on top of that to pick up from their location! That is the most backwards thing I’ve ever heard of. When I asked how I get it shipped to a UPS Access Point so I don’t have to pay that additional $10, the employee was very curt and did not respond to me telling her how much of an I convenience it was that I have to apparently file as a business to use UPS Access Point. I hope I never have to use this UPS again….
We heartily endorse it! The moving crew was professional and efficient, and the storage unit was clean and well-maintained. If I ever need to store or move anything again, I will most certainly use them.
