   This was absolutely the worst move I ever had in my life!
   $18,000 to move from Florida to Kentucky.
   So many items ruined, broken, scratched, gauged, boxes clearly labeled fragile, stacked upside down, heavy boxes placed on top of light boxes, so weight crushed boxes. Paid extra for insurance, that was a joke! Paid extra for special piano movers, that was a joke. Antique Square Grand Piano left outside on my driveway in 9 degree weather all day. Soundboard cracked. Filed insurance claims on at least $50,000 in damages. Pictures taken of all damage including my Brazilian Cherry floors all scratched up. Claims denied on anything I packed. no, it was the mishandling of my furniture and boxes!!!!!! I now have damaged furniture, broken beds, slashed mattress, missing ladder, missing mattress topper….. need I say more!!!! Stay clear of these people!!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy! And yes I also paid a lawyer to help. Got very little money for damages, would not even touch repair of piano or replace my mattress topper!!! Let alone all my other broken and damaged items.

   Incredible staff! We were extremely happy with their moving process, and coordination efforts moving in and out of our home. Highly recommend!!!

   Over all the the move was okay. but there is lack of co-ordination, hard to get agent on call some times.. it took 3 days for me to get hold of agent, by that time my order got cancelled. when I had to ask to re-post the order..

   For the second time I had a letter to sign for. The first time she knocked then took and just left me a note to go pick it up at the post office. This time a i got another letter she didn’t even come to the door she put it in the mail box now for a second time I have to go back down to the post office again to pick up the letter.

   You can not speak to anyone at any local post office. Also can not find out if they are out or do not have certain kind of stamps loike for post cards. I have gone to 3 post offices and they did not have any
   LOUSY POSTAL SERVICES
   WE NEED ELON MUSK TO OPEN A PRIVATE LOWER COST POST OFFICE

   This office returned my parcels back to the sender at the same day when parcel arrived to this facilitu TWICE IN TWO WEEKS. Unfortunately some parcels are sent via usps only, and I can get it only via this facility. So, I am a hostage of this facility.
