    Beware of this careless and incompetent company. I had three cars moved by them, one coming back with big damages: scratches on the rear and side. They refused reimbursement, because their outsourced driver claimed no liability, despite forms showing car damages appeared while the car was in their custody. Forms before pick up showed no damages, forms after delivery PROVED two big damages on the vehicle, and yet, they refuse reimburse, leaving me to pay the repair shop $1,200 to fix THEIR damages.

    This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months where the item says “been delivered in mailbox” and it has not. I also read that usps employees do this so they don’t get penalized for being late or behind schedule. I rather it be late then to think someone else got my package and freak out. Such a nightmare, please stop doing that

    Inside it says Ring bell for service (it’s a door bell) but unless you press it just right AND hold it, it doesn’t ring. I pressed the button twice, waiting between each time. Finally pressed and held, then heard the buzzer.

    review. First I was not the agent or mover that damaged your property. It was a military move. And I was the destination agent that delivers your household goods. Your Items were received from us and we have it all noted what ever was damaged was done from your the military agent that packed and loaded your items.
    It would be nice if you did your research before you go giving my name a bad review. I have been doing this for 37 years 3 generations. I have built a good name for myself in the local area. Being in business for that long I must be doing something right. Thank you.
