    I receive pictures via email on my daily mail. I have so many letters missing it is terrible. I have unemployment communication, student loans communication, communication from serious mail I have been expecting. Please someone out there where else can I receive my mail? I waited outside a Friday and a Saturday that I was suppose to receive mail. Not only did I not get those letters a post man didnot run by my house Friday or Saturday of that week.. That was the beginning of my mail nightmare. I gave a postman 2 money orders for my Goddaughter’s rent. Still looking for that that was in the end of April and I am still fighting money order company. I agree that why not close if you cannnot operate and deliver the mail. I am going to see about getting a post office box, not there, UPS.

    Poor Customer Service. Rude, Disrespectful. I called for a quote. Tom tried to force me into having my car shipped when he wanted it shipped. lWhen I told him I just wanted a quote he hung up on me. Lol! This Business is a joke.

    Brian deserves all the praise in the world. I had a mishap where I chose to make the receiver of my package sign for it and then when I went to change it, the corporate UPS wouldn’t let me and forced my package back to me to have to resend. What would have been a week turn around and a whole bunch of my frustration was solved easily by Brian. Brian made the process efficient and was so helpful to me. I cannot thank him enough for how much he saved the day! If every UPS location had a Brian the world would run a lot smoother. THANK YOU BRIAN!!!! You are amazing and I will tell everyone I know to visit you at your location because you truly provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

    Typical ghetto post office with rude staff. None of the staff has a sense of urgency or customer service skills. It’s pointless filing a complaint since the union will protect the rude postal clerk
    I prefer to pay the extra money & use UPS.
