   Worst company I’ve EVER dealt with. After 3 botched delivery attempts from DPD, I’ve now been informed that one of their staff members at a local depot has messed up and ‘accidentally’ sent the package back to its sender, in Spain! After several hours trying to talk to a human representative of DPD, I finally managed to speak to someone who looked into the error for me. The female worker told me that there was nothing they could do to help me in connection to the error, and that there was no point in me pursuing and complaint as there was no one to complain to! Customer care is NOT a priority for DPD. Didn’t even apologise for the mistake.

   Missed initial delivery but rescheduled on website for next day, waited in – no delivery.
   Called and was advised item still in warehouse but I’d receive it the next day, waited in – no delivery. I waited in the next day too ….. u can guess can’t you!
   Called again as now into the next week now to be advised it’s still in warehouse – they’re having issues with their lines apparently?
   Terrible service and they’re useless as am going to have to drives miles away to collect it

   Spoke to two of the loveliest, most helpful women on the phone at the lower hutt centre. Cannot sing their praises enough. The five stars are very much for them.
   The courier left my signature only package, (which I was in my house waiting for) in the letter box…
