My family has used Christal Lines several times. Peter is always able to accommodate and provide helpful tips for a smooth move. His crews are second to none and arrive on time, get right to work and get the job done quickly. I have never had an item damaged, broken or lost and they take great care with my belongings.
There have never been any surprises as far as the final bill and the cost has always been so reasonable. I had to use another company once when Peter was not available due to covid and it was a miserable experience. I can highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs.
Moving Day can be stressful but not with these guys… you know you’re in good hands and that they will provide a laugh along the way.
I contacted this Christal Lines company and after getting a quote, I requested an official e-mail from them with this quote – understanding that it was a ballpark pricing quote for their services. They informed me that they didn’t provide this. I then called them back a few days later and the quote they provided verbally somehow changed and they accused me of changing what I originally said. The man on the line didn’t seem upfront when discussing all the extra fees (1 mover vs 2, etc)
Bottom line people, use them at your own risk, most movers will email you a quote, so that the final bill won’t be ridiculously expensive or nowhere near what was discussed on phone.
Website shows that package has reached in Indore 3 days back but no one at Christal Lines in Indore is picking up phone. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed with the local service.
