    Set up an appointment a week ahead of time for 9AM Monday morning and in the scheduling system it said please show up early as it takes us time to prepare. So I show up at 8:40 and as soon as I identify the purpose of my visit she very rudely said If you have an appointment for 9 I’ll be with you AT 9. I of course responded with your scheduling system says be sure to arrive early and she interrupted me to say well I’m still sorting mail so I’ll see you after 9. You guys need to calm the hell down and change your system if it is going to instruct your patrons to do things outside of what you want.

    Everything that needed to be moved arrived safe and whole. Movers really took the time and care of my elderly parents in regards to all their concerns.

    I went to pick up a package that was too big for my PO Box. The clerk was extremely rude when she came back without my package, asking ME how long it had been since it was delivered as if that has anything to do with my package not being found. In actuality, it had only been two weeks since I picked up the yellow slip from my box. This particular worker has been rude every single time I have the misfortune of getting her. Calling the 800 number does not help with P.O. Box issues. Now, I will have to go back to the post office and stand in line again to demand my package, which btw, is a part for my car! The clerk did NOT give me my slip back either. I am FUMING.
