    I wouldn’t give them 1 star if I could. I see why your reviews are so bad. I had a free shipping label to return to the online store in my email, they used that and still charge me 13.23 for a free shipping label. I didn’t know I didn’t have to pay for it until I got home and called the company I bought it from. They said it was free and I shouldn’t of paid anything for it.
    I called UPS back sent me to a 800 number and the lady told me since I was shipping it I had to pay for it. Makes no sense to me.
    I’ll never deal with them again.
    They rip me off at the store in St. Clair Shores MI
    I wouldn’t not recommend this company for anything ever.
    If you have a Amazon return Kohl’s will ship it for free.

    This company said my package was delivered exactly 1 minute after it left the facility, no exaggeration. Of course it was never delivered. When I submitted an inquiry through their website, they never responded 48 hours later like they said they would. When I called, they said contact the seller to shift the responsibility away. Horrible company and horrible customer service!

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was at home all day and FedEx never showed up! At almost 8pm the FedEx driver marked that he tried to deliver my package and no one was at home. Little did he know that I had a security camera at the front door to say otherwise. He never showed up! Yes, I reported this FedEx to corporate. They assured me that they will take care of this issue and they know who the driver is.

    Surprised at some of these reviews. They must have changed a few things in the 2 years since the last review, because my visit went fine. The person at the counter greeted me with a smile and was friendly through the whole experience, which went quickly.
