I require vehicle batteries to be delivered for my business. On many occasion they arrive a day late than they should. On quite a few occasions we have had to drive to the depot to pick them up as they haven’t been loaded on the local delivery truck. Today was another one of these days. expecting a battery the day before. traced the battery, to which they couldn’t find. only to have a Mark from Farm Source Reporoa ring up and tell me it has been delivered to them.. Contacted Mainfreight and asked if we could have the battery by tomorrow. Answer was no, we don’t have deliveries Saturday. The nearest we can pick it up from Reporoa and deliver back to you is by Tuesday, Taking into account there is no food on board the truck as batteries are not allowed to travel with food, (understandable). The customer service rep did say we can have it by you the following Friday as the truck doesn’t carry food on Fridays. So ten days later I can definitely have my battery for my customer, hmmm. Forget it. Solution travel to Reporoa myself and pick up battery. No effort on Mainfreights side considering their mistake but are they are happy to inconvenience myself and my family time as well as my customer. If there was another freight company that carries batteries I would use them. Mainfreight customer service is the worst. Avoid this company!
Not open. No reliable online connection, no money, very poor service, not responsible to the customers at all. Worst location in the system
