   It’s a good, fast service. If you live within 15 miles of the unc2 location in Raleigh, you can get stuff in an hour. Most other folks are in the two hour zone. The app allows you to follow in real time as your stuff is driven to you.
   Be careful ordering cold and frozen goods if you are in the two hour zone as you are ALWAYS one of the last to get your stuff and your frozen will suffer in some driver’s hot trunk during that time.

   Woman with the hair in a bun had SUCH an attitude. Everything I said she responded with a tone and seemed very bothered. Really unpleasant. I didn’t really mind the wait I had but.. the service.. not a fan.

   Inside Walgreens, this place isn’t much better than an unmanned drop box, with the staff unable or unwilling to help. If you’re looking for a manned place, Postage Express nearby at 677 Spartanburg Hwy is a far better place to send FedEx parcels from.

   Excellent service. I hired Rent the Help to go in and clean up the chaos left by Bekins movers when they delivered my household furnishings to two adjoining storage units (rooms). I paid Rent the Help by the hour and the workers were very focused on being efficient with their time. They organized the jumbled and hazardous mess of many boxes mixed and balanced with furniture. When Rent the Help was finished, the boxes were organized by rooms as labeled and safely stored. The furniture was then safely situated, to avoid any further damage already caused by the movers. This work will save considerable time and expense when moving everything to my new home. I found the entire Rent the Help team to be courteous and very responsive to helping me.
