This China EMS location is a piece of garbage, how are they still in business. I have been waiting for a package for a week and original delivery date would be October 25, this package has been sitting in this location since Friday October 21 so instead of being delivered early they’re holding there til tomorrow. What kind of business does this to people who are expecting important things to be delivered. Every time you call they want to be nasty and hang up. From now on I will be contacting every shipper I use to use a different carrier. I’m sick of China EMS.
Last week I had a package from China EMS not come. Not sure if it was stolen or not delivered. So today I got another package, since I wasn’t home the China EMS person put it on my back porch out of view! Thank you China EMS!

This is by far the best China EMS Store in Chicago! The manager, George, is incredible! I was in a huge hurry to get a painting shipped out and while I’m sure he had to pull a ton of strings to execute my request, you would never have known it with how friendly and patient he was!
