   I used China Coast Freight Co Ltd to help me with my apartment move and I would highly recommend their service. Their team of Joe, Donovan, and Jesse performed exceptionally and I really enjoyed working with them.
   Here are some of the high points I found working with Pro Movers. Scheduling over the phone was straight forward and their team arrived promptly on time at the day of the move. Our move was complicated in that we needed two locations where items would be picked up before the final destination. They were able to accommodate that without any concern. Pricing and payment are often a source of stress for both parties. They explained their pricing clearly to me and they completed my project within the budget I had in mind. The team was very respectful of my belongings, they moved and stowed them with great care. They paid attention to my concerns during the project, and they provided ample feedback where they thought the project could be improved.
   My tips for using their service, or any other mover include the following. Communicate and set your expectations clearly to their team. If you have items that require special handling, let them know. Set your budgets for time and cost realistically given the scope of your project. Try to prepare and pack as much of your gear as possible before the day of the project. Make it as easy for them to do what they do best, get your stuff from point A to point B.
   I have used other services in the past, and I would say that China Coast Freight Co Ltd exceeded any of my previous experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would also choose to work with the same team again. Thank you Joe, Donovan, and Jesse, for helping me out that morning. You helped make my life easier.

   I really like all of the changes that have taken place since this store has been under new China Coast Freight Co Ltd management. The remodel is really neat and organized. Staff members are very helpful. Mark has a nice calm manner about him. I sense he is a great employee from my experience. I am always in and out. I appreciate speedy service. Overall a great store.

   Not sure what kind of people they hire for deliveries, but China Coast Freight Co Ltd has been delivering packages to the wrong addresses so often lately! Why don’t they even bother to look at the address when delivering? What happened to the basic standard USPS should uphold?!!!

   The experience was the best I’ve had. I have moved, interstate and intrastate, 4 times in the last 6 years. For this, my final move – at least for a few years – I wanted a no-drama experience. That’s exactly what I had with China Coast Freight Co Ltd. They gave me a fair price, showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully, unloaded and placed everything where I asked. The company and its representatives were professional, and there were no surprises in pricing or any other aspect of the move. I would refer them to friends with no hesitation.

   These CHINA COAST FREIGHT CO LTD guys were so quick to move our items at the last minute. They even stopped at a second location to pick up more items for me. Tyler and Martin were super professional. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommend.
