S***est courier service I’ve ever seen or heard of and my giving one star is not a sign of being happy with it even in the smallest way, just go lower.
Was told so far by China Airlines:
    – Parcel was delivered to my front door on 26/2 and NOT just left at letterbox to be passed by god knows how many pedestrians going to the shops, buses, trains etc (I live next door to train station and bus stops and 200m from local shops on a major highway). I was also home that day and NO-ONE came to my door with a delivery or my dogs would have alerted me. I then today had someone read out the info regarding this package and noticed you STILL have the wrong address on record (still listed as 307 not 207 even though I have already corrected this twice) and that according to the driver it HAD just been left at the letterbox in full view (and easy reach) of anyone even though the call center staff have insisted this was not the case all last week when spoken to.
-That I would be called back today but this remains to be seen as was also told this one a few times by the staff member (supposedly) investigating (read as lying and stalling about it).
I did point out that the China Airlines courier would know my house and whether he delivered it to the correct house due to it being a bit of a local ‘landmark’ and known by everyone as the ‘house with the huge Telstra sign on its fence’.
This sign got well enough known that even Telstra has photos of it on some of their social media pages to enable them to reply about it and in the 10 months it was up was seen by well over a million people (local traffic, public transport figures, local airshow attendance figures etc). Bet you’ll never guess what company I’m ‘advertising’ next.
