    I was charged $10.78 and I can not recall placing an order. I placed an order on 05/06/2020, the charge was $33.57.

    They tried to say they delivered my package last week and it was still at the station when I called customer service. Customer service THEMSELVES couldn’t even get a hold on their own station to answer calls. The whole point of FedEx is to ship packages properly, and they fail every time.

    We moved with this company a few days ago, the service was great. All of the items were delivered on time. Price remained the same per Barbie quote. Throughout our moving time, we were kept informed, no issues of any kind. We would highly recommended.

    I’m not the kind of person to leave a negative review — but my products have been sitting in this facility for a couple of days. Tracking info says in transit. There is no possible way for me to contact them… this is madding. From the other reviews I’ve read, it sounds like I’m never getting my package…

    Eric and Steve were incredibly helpful during my trip to the UPS store! I had a large picture and frame to send across the state, and it was supposed to be almost $200 to ship. They spent extra time to find alternate solutions, and got the price down to nearly 1/4 of that. More than pleased with my experience!

    I waiting for a package from Amazon, they don’t deliver because I live in a neighborhood where we don’t have mail box in the property, and the package is too big for the box in the mail boxes area, so I pay delivery for nothing, If they don’t want deliver to your door then don’t offer the service.
