   I just called up from Melbourne VIC to inquire about a parcel that should go to Illawong NSW. I ordered and paid for the parcel and wanted the parcel delivered. When I inquire about this, they simply don’t understand what I have to say. They’re asking if I’ve received a card. How can I receive a card for a delivery that has to go to Illawong. This place is ridiculous. They hung up the call on me. I called back, it connects to a fax line. Call again, the line in not working.

   Moving house was a long day but surprisingly stress-free, in large part to the enormously helpful and calm team from Stork. They were friendly, hard-working and really willing to go that extra mile.

   Tried ringing to see if they had stock and was hung up on multiple times so I attended the post office. Very poor service will never go back to Bonnyrigg LPO. I asked for the 2021 $1 coin collector set and was forced to purchase the collector book and coin set. I had already purchased the book from another Australia post in Green Valley when I told them this I was then told to return the book at Green Valley as they cant sell just the coins. Super Rude and poor service wasting peoples time. Staff deserve 0 star review
