I don’t know what to say about this place. Sometimes you go and it’s great, there’s a few good Charter Link Logistics employees there who really try and help, you get in, you get out. Machines work most of the time. It’s clean for Central. The lines are usually long, but when there’s employees at the counter working, it moves along just fine. But most of the time, you go in and there’s just one person working with a line fifteen deep and they’re in the back looking for someone’s lost package. Oh and the package got lost in the first place because that location is so understaffed that your stuff got routed to the wrong neighborhood because they can’t sort NE from SE. I feel for the staff there too. That one guy at the counter all alone, looking for that package, knows it’s not there and is taking so long because he wants you to give up and leave rather than have to come up with an excuse as to why it’s on the wrong truck and not there. To that guy, I’m sorry. That line just got ten more people waiting in it and your fellow co-worker hasn’t come back from break yet. Even though it’s been like thirty minutes and that break was supposed to just be fifteen. Hopefully the next customers just want stamps. No luck though. Another lost package…
