   UPS Ireland has to be THE WORST Parcel Service in the world barring 3rd World Countries post offices.
   They do not carry out all their deliveries, but instead share them with their sister company nightline.
   Customer Service at any time and for any reasons requires you to set aside at least 45 mins of your time and you can only contact them during office hours so good luck with that.
   If possible, avoid them at all costs

   Excellent friendly service from booking to the move. Care was taken when handling our items and the guys were very helpful to this older couple in correctly placing the furniture. Highly recommended.

   No responsibility taken by them, kept the box with them for three days and I only went to pickup. And the excuse given by them was that address is wrong. Even mobile number was present on the box but dint care to call. Worst service.
