    Mistakes happen, and during a big move furniture sometimes gets scratched. Mine did. But I think the real value of a company is in how it handles the situation.
    After I reported an issue, Eric immediately reached out to me. I got a quote from a reputable furniture company to fix the damage, and he wrote a check right then and there to cover all the costs. He took a picture of the check as evidence that he was putting it in the mail and I received it about 4-5 days later.
    I am incredibly impressed with both the move and the manager’s response to my issues. There wasn’t any haggling, arguing about fault… I felt supported throughout the entire process.
    I would definitely use these guys again.

    I had to drop a package off at this location and requested that it be taped closed. The store rep put the package off to the side and said it would get taken care of. I asked a second time that it get taped up and again was told it would get taken care of. I walked out but decided to go back in a few minutes later because the items that I had to have shipped are expensive and I didn’t want to take any chances. The package was still sitting off to the side, not taped. I apologized to the associate for being a pain and again asked to please tape it shut. She wasn’t very pleasant about it. Overall, service was quick. I doubt I’ll use this location again, though. I’ve never had this kind of issue with any of the other locations I use.
