   David, Felix, and Jesse were great during my move on 8/19. They were super courteous and quick. You could tell they were being very efficient with their time and wanted to complete the work as quickly, yet as safely, as possible resulting in a financially beneficial ending. I would recommend them for sure!

   Passports*** Pointless to make appts. They are short staffed and behind. I do understand things happen however you don’t even give the customer the information to be able to be given the option to wait. You just check their name on a list and have them sit tight watching everyone else be serviced and leave. 25 mins of my life wasted when I could have been informed at check in. I’ll pass.

   I have never had a problem when shipping an item. They are always helpful if you ask nicely. Great place and I never had a problem.

   this is a niice location, fairly new inside, but the boxes are expensive, 25.00 a month for a small box which is a little high, not to mention 10 key deposit, and 20.00 activation fee.

   As usual no air conditioning at all in the summer and short staffed at all times. Wait lines are of course long and often find myself with an employee who seems to just hate their job and it shows when they speak to you. Also lack of supervision in the middle of a pandemic, some employees don’t have their masks and other customers as well and no one addressed it. If you’re going to this post office, be ready to risk your time and health.
