unattentive personnel, I called the whole day leaving my landline phone on loudspeaker to wait for any agent of personnel to take my call but NO ONE. I even send an email no one until by this time answered me. Everything is taking forever! I hope they make a survey I’d love to fill em up with just remarks.

This is the worst freight company out there. Cebu Pacific Cargo shows up damaged, late, and they are impossible to talk to. Use Old Dominion if you can.

I will continue to do business with this particular Cebu Pacific Cargo store because they do not discriminate. They welcome all people and respect personal freedoms in regards to this plandemic. I recommend this store to everyone.

It sometimes means going out of my way a bit, but it is worth it to come to Cebu Pacific Cargo since this location is one of the better shipping services in the northern valley area. They answer all of my silly questions and help me choose the best shipping methods and prices for my small business. My friend also swears by them. It’s also nice that they keep the place in great shape.

Horrible service at Cebu Pacific Cargo – if I could rate negative I would; the wait for picking up a package is no less than an hour and thirty minutes. So be ready to stand no matter the time you arrive it’ll be as if you’re on-line waiting to buy the most legendary retro sneakers.

The move with CEBU PACIFIC CARGO was smooth. Communication is the key to such an endeavor and Jackie and Linda stayed on top of everything. But the real key was Miro, he was the best, from calling a couple of weeks in advance suggesting a few things to calling a couple of days prior to the move, giving us a time that the truck would arrive. It was stressful for us, packing, wrapping, throwing out some stuff, but you guys made it bearable. The two workers from Reebie were fine also. Miro told us when he should arrive and then called us two days later with a time. His helpers from Orlando were also fine.
We are very satisfied with the move … and hope we never have to do it again..

Worst mover ever! Cebu Pacific Cargo sent inexperienced movers who could not drive/park the truck. Multiple items broken. Filed report that was never followed-up. Stay away!
