Knight Movers would be the last moving company I would call ever again. First they arrived an hour and 40 minutes later than the schedule time. I had to call the owner Tony a few times to find out what their ETA was because I never got a call from them. They showed up with a non marked Truck, no kind of type of uniforms or Identification or any kind. None of my furniture was wrapped in blankets like the said they would which resulted in many pieces of furniture not only damaged, but stained and dirty from their hands and sweat. When it was time to settle the bill, one of the movers was instructed to ask for a cash payment even thought I was already very clear with the owner that I was going to pay with a Check or a Credit Card. At the new place, stains and marks were left on the carpet we well as marks on the damaged furniture. When the owner Tony contact asking for a good review because they finish the move an hour earlier than they have estimated I told him about the damages and he said he didn’t know about it even after I send one of his movers pictures of the damage. Tony never called me back. I called him the next day and he said he was going to look into it. Never call back. Called again and left a few messages and emails and his response was that he was going to have his Furniture repair man give me a call. Two weeks have passed by and I have not heard a peep from either one of them. This company should be put out of business or just keep in the joke file of any person looking for a moving Company. If you care about your valuables or your furniture, DO NOT HIRE THEM.
The only semi positive thing I would say is that the Movers were friendly
