   Was excellent service, but the new ownership shows no interest in maintaining the quality. Now all I get is we don’t do that any more…..USPS is better

   Booked a load with Justin Boulenda,he lied about delivery appointment and got stuck at the receiver for two days with -10 reefer load and refused to pay and communicate!!called the corporate and no phone or email response!Hopefully whatever money you made out of my sweat makes you rich!!Carriers please do yourself favour by not booking a load with them

   There were two (2) delivery men: Mike and Charlie. They were both
   professional, friendly and efficient. The furniture was handled with
   care and placed in the requested locations. They deserve my highest
   gratitude for a job well done.

   Sai Gon Cargo doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I would rather give it 0 star if Google let me do this. There are many good money-transferring business but I chose this to be the one I put faith in to send $3000 back to Vietnam. It was on 03/01/2022 and wasn’t up to last week, after mutiple times calling and asking about the exact date the money will be delivered, that my family received ONLY $1000. Not just that it’s a waste of our waiting time but also our trusts and money too!!! We live somewhere 40 minutes away and we’ve traveled back and forth multiple times and all we got is beggings and apologization, then nothing is changed.

   Also they followed covid protocol very well.
   Very happy with the service.
