   Over the past couple of years our company has used ET Transport many times. My main working relationship has been with their Flatbed division working specifically with Inga Bar. During this time ET Transport has been both trustworthy and dependable, always respecting pickup times as always keeping the lines of communications open. Working with Inga has been a true pleasure as she has been on the front lines in supporting our needs which ultimately have lead them to be a true partner carrier. I would highly recommend their services to any business requiring freight service.

   Some of your drivers could do with a lesson in road manners. having just been cut up badly on the a1 in the roadworks because you were so desperate to get to the M18 slip road. Literally missed the front of my car by inches so I am not amused.

   Carl, Kevin and Terry were great. They wrapped everything in plastic and then used padding. It was pouring down rain the entire move and they kept on going. They even wiped their feet in the door mat each time. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving company.

   Thank you so much for all your help in co ordinating and organising the collection of my rug from Hampton Style, Qld and shipping it to WA. At all times was the customer service was up and beyond. It arrived this morning and is in perfect condition.It was so well packaged that I had to have a cup of tea before I could tackle it.
   It has been a pleasure to deal with Pack & Send Southport.

   Absolute worst post office I have been to, prior to the pandemic it was terrible, now with next to no hours with the same level of customer service it is easily the worst experience I have ever had with a post office.
