    Great service! Very kind employees! It was a wonderful experience! I was actually very nervous to ship my architecture models being that they are very important and delicate.     Don’t use this,completely unreliable. The tracking also bad, you better use other mail services. I have waiting for my phone more than 10 days, guess what the status says it will be delivered tomorrow before 6 then , the day after the status changed to delayed, then rescheduled again for the next day ,on and on ; I called the costumer service they answered tomorrow and tomorrow , , yeaahhhhhhh probably the FedEx hay days is ended soon.

    TL;DR don’t go to the post office to pick up your package UNLESS you get a slip in the mail telling you to do so. If your tracking says “Available for pickup” and you don’t have a slip DON’T GO TO THE POST OFFICE. Save yourself the trouble and headache… trust me, coming here should be your absolute last resort.
    Recently moved to the area and got an alert that my package was “Available for pickup” via tracking, so I headed to the post office to pick it up.
    The package pickup area is a black door near the entrance of the building that’s completely nondescript. There’s a small silver doorbell near the door that you can ring to get someone’s attention. Ringing the bell will make a really loud buzzing sound, so the postal worker got irritated and told us not to ring it again even when nobody arrived after we pressed it. 15 minutes of waiting there later, we pressed it again (after getting permission) and finally someone answered — only for us to be told that you had to get a slip in the mail indicating it’s at the post office for them to release the package to you. Really wish this fact was indicated somewhere… ANYWHERE. There were absolutely no signs anywhere at the post office or online saying that this would be the case, which could’ve saved us all the trouble of standing around like idiots and getting yelled at by a postal worker. Sigh.
