    If you need to go to Cargoport make sure you got a TWIC. Otherwise be prepared to wait all day for an escort which by the way… you pay for…security guards hate their lives and jobs…. often very rude….then gate personnel. These people REALLY hate their lives. The least they can do to help, they will. The most they can do to keep the flow they will. I’ve seen them break seals just to refuse a load. Having a driver turn around creating a tremendous safety issue having people back up. Often rude. If it’s your first time in there….. better figure out how to read those hand signs and yelling.

    I used cargoport last January 21, 2020. Michelle was awesome to deal with, she gave me a very reasonable price. The two man crew Bryan and Lee are awesome.
    They moved our things quickly and secured into the storage without damaging any of our things. I promised Michelle, Bryan and Lee that I will use cargoport again when my new home is ready.
    So yesterday March 4, 2020 I called cargoport and spoke with Sam. I guess Sam just can’t understand me. So we got disconnected. Sam emailed me back and we communicated via email. I request the two awesome gentlemen Bryan and Lee to do the move for us. He replied no problem.
    This is where the problem started. I ask for a quote and surprisingly enough it was a little high. I emailed him back that it was a little high. I told Sam that I’m a repeat customer and just want to know if I can get a little discount. He replied the quote is the summer price. I replied back that I will get back with him.
    Sam replied sorry to hear that you are not going to use us and good luck with your moved.
    I thought that was not very professional of him. I’m a repeat customer. He didn’t even negotiate with me or ask the company Manager first and try to see if he can help me with the pricing.
    I wish I spoke with Michelle. Well I guess it’s my loss for not hiring cargoport.
    But I just want to say thanks to Michelle, Bryan and Lee. Sorry that I will not be able to hire you guys again. Sam does not want my business. I guess I will be shopping for a new moving company.

    I just want to say thank you to Mr. Casey for contacting me about the issue that I had with Sam. Mr. Casey explained the situation, Sam was not at fault. It was a miscommunication due to a new computer program that they just recently acquired.
    I ended up hiring cargoport again for our upcoming move. I always keep my word. I advised Mr. Casey that I don’t want a special treatment. I agreed with Sam’s quote that he sent me via email. I gave Mr. Casey a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ for showing that he values his customers.
    I kept my promise to Michelle, Bryan and Lee that I will use them again on our next move. Bryan and Lee impressed my wife on their work performance. We look forward working with Bryan and Lee again for our upcoming move.
    I gave only 3 ⭐⭐⭐ this time due to their pricing for the summer promotion. cargoport is a little high compared to other moving companies. But I don’t mind paying their hourly rate. It keeps my wife happy.
    On the other hand an apology is in order for Sam. Sam, please accept my apologies for jumping to a conclusion that you don’t value your customer.

    These Cargoport movers went above and beyond loading our u-haul for our move two hours away. We were so happy with their work we hired them to follow us and unload at our new house.
