    We used Eagle Moving in December 2020. Our 82-inch flat screen tv was dropped by the movers while unpacking the truck. The movers strapped this tv to the wall of the truck on its side without packing material/boxing (negligence). Our new 75-inch flat screen tv was also dropped and destroyed. In addition to dropping both TVs, they dropped and punctured the fabric of our newly purchased reclining leather sofa. Outside of these items several other pieces of furniture were scratched, dented, or chipped. It is now approximately 10 weeks from the move and we have yet to receive a phone call or email concerning our claim status despite having reached out to both the mover and their insurance company (multiple times). We will provide additional feedback as our claim progresses.
    Based on our current experience with this company, we do not recommend them. If you are shopping for a moving company, we recommend you look elsewhere.

    Be ready to wait. Totally Lacking customer service too. A smile would help. I’ve been coming for years to this location, the staff was professional and courteous…not anymore. Left I’m going to the Post Office on Monday.

    Overall a good option for moving. The price seemed high based on what I was expecting. But compared to other options, this was the best overall for what we needed. I used the Large Container, 16-Foot POD. No issues with the POD except for maybe the rolling door was hard to use and the latches were also hard to use. The customer service was relatively easy to contact on the phone and via chat. The down side was that I had to contact POD’s three times because the final full POD delivery time was not available on their website, nor did I receive an email/call confirmation. That was frustrating. But the initial empty POD delivery went smooth, the full POD delivery was on the day requested and overall, our stuff arrived as expected and in good condition. This was the second time I’ve used POD’s to move. The first was long distance across country and the second was again long distance. I would use POD’s again.
